Pros and cons of preclinical models of Non-Alcoholic Steatohepatitis

This preclinical MASH model comparison infographic was made in collaboration with Biotechniques. It describes how our Organ-on-a-chip-based NASH assay compares to traditional in vitro and in vivo approaches and demonstrates how to set a new standard in the search for approved Non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (now known as Metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis, or MASH) therapeutics by recapitulating key elements of this complex human metabolic disease.
